개인정보 처리방침

하와이디스코("회사")는 차담 모바일 애플리케이션("앱")을 운영합니다. 본 방침은 이용자가 앱을 사용할 때 회사가 개인정보를 어떻게 수집·이용·보관하는지 안내합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
- 계정 정보: 가입 시 제공하는 이메일 주소 등 인증 정보 (Firebase Authentication 사용).
- 이용자 생성 콘텐츠: 시음 기록(차 정보, 시음 노트, 기분, 장소, 맛 태그, 우림 정보), 직접 등록한 차 정보, 첨부한 사진과 동영상.
- 기기 정보: 기기 종류, 운영체제 버전.
2. 정보 이용 목적
- 시음 기록의 저장 및 기기 간 동기화
- 우림 타이머 알림 제공
- 서비스 유지 및 개선
- 법적 의무 준수
3. 데이터 보관
이용자의 시음 기록과 계정 정보는 Google Firebase(Cloud Firestore)에, 첨부한 사진·동영상은 Firebase Cloud Storage에 안전하게 저장됩니다. 데이터는 Google 클라우드 인프라에 보관됩니다.
4. 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 다음의 경우에 한해 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다.
- 서비스 제공자: 앱 운영에 필요한 인프라 제공자 Firebase(Google)
- 법적 요구: 관련 법령 또는 적법한 절차에 따라 요구되는 경우
5. 보유 기간
회사는 이용자의 계정이 활성 상태인 동안 개인정보를 보유합니다. 이용자는 언제든지 계정 및 관련 데이터의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

이용자는 다음의 권리를 가집니다.
- 회사가 보유한 본인의 개인정보 열람

7. 아동의 개인정보

8. 기기 권한
본 앱은 시음 기록에 사진과 동영상을 첨부하기 위해 카메라, 마이크, 사진 보관함 접근 권한을 요청할 수 있습니다. 해당 권한은 이용자가 직접 사진·동영상 첨부 기능을 실행한 경우에만 사용되며, 다른 목적으로는 사용되지 않습니다.
9. 방침 변경
회사는 본 개인정보 처리방침을 수시로 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경 시 본 페이지 상단의 최종 수정일을 갱신하여 고지합니다.

하와이디스코 ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Chadam mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and storage of personal data when you use our App.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Authentication details such as your email address provided during registration (via Firebase Authentication).
- User-Generated Content: Tasting notes (tea details, notes, mood, location, flavor tags, brewing info), teas you add yourself, and photos and videos you attach.
- Device Information: Device type and operating system version.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To store and sync your tasting notes across devices
- To deliver brewing timer notifications
- To maintain and improve the App
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Data Storage
Your tasting notes and account information are stored securely using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), and attached photos and videos are stored using Firebase Cloud Storage. Data is hosted on Google cloud infrastructure.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed only in the following cases:
- Service providers: Firebase (Google), the infrastructure provider necessary to operate the App
- Legal authorities: If required by applicable law or legal process
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data

7. Children's Privacy
Our App is not directed to children under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Device Permissions
The App may request access to your camera, microphone, and photo library in order to attach photos and videos to your tasting notes. These permissions are used only when you explicitly initiate the photo or video attachment feature and are not used for any other purpose.
